Tricel continue to expand in France
The Irish company Tricel, a specialist in sanitation, continues its expansion into France with the announcement of the launch of a new product, the creation of new jobs and a new supply contract.
The new contract, signed with Rhône-Alpes sanitation with support from Enterprise Ireland, amounted to EUR 1.5 million for 2016 and was signed in the presence of the Taoiseach.
François Le Lan, CEO of Tricel France, commented on the agreement, stating “We have already been partners since 2012 but this encrypted contract secures a growth commitment. ”
Tricel’s wastewater treatment plant is located near Poitiers in Naintré and the company is currently experiencing strong growth with its workforce increasing by 40% in 2015 for a total of around twenty employees at present.
The company also divulged that a new range of products should be launched in January next following the acquisition of new premises. This revelation would seem to confirm that Tricel see France as a major market for the company in the years to come.
